Applicable on services and products purchased from OrderHappiness via website or otherwise
You are legally bound for all terms and conditions applicable on the services/products and therefore requested to understand the same before purchase. If you have any queries, contact us for assistance. Your purchase will be taken as acceptance on terms and conditions applicable on the product.

 

Exchange: Exchange of services/products will be at the sole discretion of OrderHappiness.  Generally, exchange is not possible considering the nature of services/products from OrderHappiness. You may still request in case of some unforeseen circumstances and we would try to support you with the best solution possible. Contact customer care to request for exchange.

Prices: OrderHappiness reserves the right to change of prices without prior notice. Taxes are inclusive unless otherwise states in the terms and conditions relevant to the service/product  being purchased. Prices though include any delivery and administrative cost.

Transfer of Services/products: We believe in spreading happiness and all our services/products may be gifted to the others for consumption.

Expiry of services/products:

Given the nature of services/products, it is nearly impossible to fulfil the order post planned dates. You may get in touch with OrderHappiness team with your request and we assure to provide best solution possible. OrderHappiness can’t be held responsible for such events.


Cancellation services/products:


For services:

No cancellation fee if the cancellation is done one week prior to the event. If event is on 7th december, then cancellation request should reach by 30th November End of day.
In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the planned services, you will be charged 25% of the total service cost. If event is on 7th december, then cancellation request should reach by 4th December End of day
In case of cancellation in less than 3 days of planned services, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost. If event is on 7th december, if cancellation request reached after 4th december, 100% service fee will be charged

Though it is highly unlikely, in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic etc. we may not be able to deliver the experience as per plans. In that case full money would be reimbursed either through cash or bank in 7 -10 working days. Bank transaction time will be extra to these 7-10 days required by Order Happiness.
OrderHappiness will not be liable to pay for any other expenses/damage incurred by buyer other than service/product price.
As our service/product is a bouquet of various small experiences/products, it may happen that a part of the complete service/product is not delivered due to several unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic etc in that case  OrderHappiness would try to offer best solution possible at that time but there will be no reimbursement as we offer a complete experience rather than a part of it. It is impossible to calculate the cost involved for part of the entire experience.


For goods:

In case of cancellation within one day (24 hours) from booking day/time, you will be charged 40% of the total product cost. This is not applicable to same day surprises.
In case of cancellation beyond one day (24 hours) from booking day/time, 75 % of the total product cost will be charged. This is not applicable to same day surprises.
Contact customer care for cancellation request. Refund timelines are same as mentioned above in services section.
Orderhappiness will refund the complete amount in case it is unable to deliver good by timelines mentioned in terms and condition of that particular good.

Rescheduling of services/products:

Rescheduling is not possible in most of the cases but callup customer care executive to check if that is possible in your case.

In that case full money would be reimbursed either through cash or bank in 7 -10 working days. Bank transaction time will be extra to these 7-10 days required by Order Happiness.


Liability on Orderhappiness:

We do employ number of partners in fulfilling the ordered services/products and we may/may not get directly involved in the delivery of end service/product. OrderHappiness doesn’t control the operations  of any service/product provider and terms and conditions applicable on them applies to the final product/service.


Issues/complaints:

Feedback on services/products offered by OrderHappiness is more than welcome. In case of any problem on the day of planner surprise, bring it to our notice for instant support. We would be happy to assist you.
